Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation 2024

Preparing and Celebrating Together (PACT) is our parish pathway for first reconciliation, first communion and confirmation for children aged 8 by 1 May 2024. It’s an exciting part of your family’s faith journey as you grow in understanding and faith, and deepen your relationship with Jesus.

Alpha helps guests explore the meaning of life, revealing that Christianity can be every bit as relevant to life today as it was 2000 years ago.

Alpha begins on Wednesday May 1 at 7pm

TO OUR PARISH FAMILY

“Most people today neither join, stay or leave a Church because of belief or doctrine… but because of a sense of belonging, because of community.”

- Divine Renovation Pg 139

Behold

JESUS CHRIST IS AMONG US

“Behold, I stand in awe before God.”

To NOTICE the love of Christ in everything you see, hear, smell, taste and touch, and by doing so, grow in relationship with Him.

Believe

IN THE BEAUTY OF CATHOLICISM

“This is the will of my Father, that you should become my disciples.”

John 15:8

To become a follower of Jesus Christ is to be his disciple. A disciple literally means “one who is learning”.

Become

MISSIONARY DISCIPLES OF CHRIST

“Living no longer for ourselves but for Christ.” 2 Corinthians 5:15

ALPHA

ALPHA is a series of sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith. It’s relaxed and informal – great for sharing views and discussing questions.

SEEK

You give many great gifts to your children.  This is your chance to take a step towards giving them the greatest gift – the gift of Faith. The Sacrament of Baptism marks the beginning of our life of faith.

I dream of a ‘missionary option’, that is, a missionary impulse capable of transforming everything, so that the Church’s customs, ways of doing things, times and schedules, language and structures can be suitably channeled for the evangelization of today’s world rather than for her self-preservation.

- Pope Francis, Evangelii Gaudium, 27

The Lord is kind and full of compassion, slow to anger, abounding in love.
